A Gym-Integrated Approach to Recovery
Prevail Rehab & Performance is located within a premier training studio in downtown Toronto, designed to meet your recovery and performance needs.
Our Mission: Helping You Move Pain-Free
We founded our clinic to address the gaps left by traditional physiotherapy, chiropractic care, and massage therapy. Too many people struggle with incomplete recoveries, so we set out to change that.
Our focus is on serving active adults of all ages who seek relief from pain and aspire to move better. Whether you're a high-performance athlete or a regular gym enthusiast, we are here to help you achieve your goals.
Expert Care from Athlete Clinicians
Our team consists of clinicians who are also athletes, bringing a unique perspective to your care. We specialize in creating custom care plans designed to alleviate pain and enhance performance.
Our team has an extensive competitive background in running, soccer, cheerleading, taekwondo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, powerlifting, and Olympic weightlifting, ensuring you receive expert care tailored to your needs.
A Recovery Approach That Goes Beyond Quick Fixes
Unlike other clinics that offer only brief 15-minute sessions, we provide 1-hour appointments, often structured in packages of 10 to 15 sessions. This approach allows us to develop a long-term plan for your complete recovery.
We dedicate ample time and attention to each patient, ensuring we fully understand your needs and goals. Your journey to recovery and optimal performance is our top priority.
Why Our Gym-Integrated Approach Works
By being located inside a gym, we can personally guide you through the most crucial stages of your recovery.
Unlike other clinics that send you home with a list of exercises and minimal guidance, our setup allows us to work alongside you to ensure every movement is performed correctly and safely, maximizing your recovery and results.
