Are Your Hip Flexors Always Feeling Tight?

If you find yourself constantly stretching your hip flexors without seeing any improvement, it's time to switch up your approach. While traditional stretches can be beneficial, they may not always provide the relief you're seeking.

Introducing a Game-Changing Exercise

Enter one of our favorite exercises for tight hip flexors! This simple yet effective movement targets the hip flexors in a unique way, helping to release tension and improve flexibility.

Exercise: Reverse Nordics

  1. Start Position: Kneel on a soft surface with knees hip-width apart, toes pressing into the ground.

  2. Lowering Phase: Lean backward, while keeping torso straight and hips extended forward.

  3. Controlled Descent: Lower body as far back as comfortable, feeling a stretch in quadriceps and hip flexors.

  4. Return to Starting Position: Push your feet into the ground to engage your quadriceps to move back towards the starting position.

  5. Repeat: Perform desired reps with steady breathing, gradually increasing intensity over time.
